World of Warcraft Cooking Extravaganza - Thanksgiving WOW Event
The Thanksgiving WOW event is loaded with cooking. By visiting the major cities and chasing some turkeys in the woods, it is possible to go from 1-300 in cooking very cheaply during this event.
For the Horde it start at Undercity. The lowest level of cooking recipe can be done in any major city. You will also need to be able to travel to Orgrimmar and Thunder Bluff. Each holiday vendor has a specific ingredient. These cannot be mailed to your other characters. There are zeppelins running between these cities, so you should be able to get around. The Orgrimmar to Thunder Bluff zeppelin is reportedly slow.
Undercity has pumpkins, for pumpkin pie. Orgrimmar has cranberries and Thunder Bluff has sweet potatoes. The turkeys are running around outside of Undercity in the woods. Mobs are under level 10.
All ingredients except turkeys are available from the vendors. There are also convenient cooking trainers available in the holiday areas. Quests are available so that you can get xp as well as improve your cooking skills.

PS. Recipes are extremely hot on the auction house now, because of this event. I sold like 700G in recipes yesterday. Remember, don’t sell cheap.
